1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing win345 at win345.wine, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and win345.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the win345 platform. Continuing to use the site after a change to the Terms has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a win345 account, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. win345 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing win345 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating an account for someone else.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a win345 employee in a role that could constitute a conflict of interest.

win345 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any point. Failure to provide acceptable verification documents may result in account restrictions or closure. Any winnings accrued during a verification hold will remain on account pending the outcome of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one win345 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, bonus funds being forfeited and, at win345's discretion, permanent account closure.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account and must keep this information up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. win345 reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings accrued on an account found to contain materially inaccurate information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win345 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you become aware that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify win345 support immediately by email at support@win345.wine.

3.3 Account Currency

All win345 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bets and balances are denominated and processed in PKR.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

win345 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in PKR and win345 does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee on standard accounts.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay typically reflect in your win345 balance within minutes. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to one business hour depending on the originating bank. win345 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, and which belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. win345 may require verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within minutes of approval
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 4pm PKT
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

4.4 Funds Belonging to You

You must only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. win345 will not knowingly accept deposits that constitute money laundering or that are derived from illegal activity. win345 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases where suspicious transactions are identified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

win345 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Players must read the individual promotion terms before activating any bonus.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• win345 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, subject to obligations already accepted by players.
• Players found attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any other mechanism — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing players only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device and IP address. The bonus must be activated before the qualifying deposit is made. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement — see the Promotions page for the current figure. Maximum bet per spin or round while bonus wagering is active is Rs 1,000 unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.

5.3 Referral Bonus

The win345 referral programme rewards both the referring player and the newly registered friend. The referred player must be a genuinely new user — self-referrals or referrals of existing accounts in any form will not be credited and may result in account review. Both parties must satisfy the qualifying conditions stated on the Refer a Friend page to receive the bonus.

6 Betting Rules

Sports and event betting at win345 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are accessible from the relevant betting market. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on win345.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until win345 confirms it in writing within the platform and it appears in your bet history. win345 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake exceeds available market limits or where the odds have moved between the time of selection and confirmation.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of an obvious error in odds or market availability caused by a technical fault, win345 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet appeared to settle in the player's favour. win345 will not be held liable for losses resulting from platform outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or third-party data feed errors.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes for each betting market are displayed within the market itself. These limits may change without notice. Win limits may also apply to specific accounts based on betting behaviour.

6.4 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided — and stakes returned — in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond the settlement window, or data feed error. Voided bets are processed automatically or by the win345 trading team as appropriate.

7 Casino Games

Casino games at win345 — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots and all other titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before wagering real money.

7.1 RNG Games

Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games at win345 use certified software that produces statistically random outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical and calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions will vary, sometimes significantly, from the theoretical RTP.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels and dealing shoes — and are streamed in real time. The outcome of each hand or round is determined by that physical equipment and is independent of all prior results. win345 is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet service provider performance on the player's end.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected during a casino game round in which a bet has been placed and accepted, the round will complete according to its automated or live rules. win345 will apply the game result as it stands on the server side, which is the authoritative record. No refunds will be issued for disconnections that occur after a bet has been accepted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the win345 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account policy
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at registration or during verification
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the win345 platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game, betting market or platform feature for financial gain — such exploits must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play
• Making threats of any kind toward win345 staff, other players or third parties
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation

9 Account Suspension and Closure

win345 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or at the player's own request.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your win345 account at any time by contacting support at support@win345.wine. Any real money balance remaining will be returned to you via your last-used payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Pending bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9.2 win345-Initiated Closure

Where win345 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, real money balances will be handled in accordance with the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud or prohibited conduct, win345 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may retain those funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. win345 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining real money balance. win345 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying inactivity fees. Where a balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

win345 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be a form of entertainment — enjoyable, controlled and within financial limits that players have chosen for themselves. The following tools are available to every win345 account holder at no cost.

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Check — Periodic pop-ups showing your current session duration and net position to help maintain perspective.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from win345 without prior written permission. Scraping, crawling or automated data extraction from win345 for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

win345's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. win345 does not exclude liability for fraud, personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the money you wager and that win345 is not responsible for that outcome where the platform has operated correctly. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

14 Changes to These Terms

win345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, win345 will notify registered players via email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the win345 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
